Job Description
The General Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the company's operations, as well as the development and implementation of the company's strategy. The role requires a dynamic and results-oriented leader capable of guiding and inspiring the team to achieve corporate objectives.
Strategic Development: Collaborate with the board of directors to define and implement the long-term corporate strategy, ensuring alignment with growth and profitability goals.
Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring operational efficiency, service quality, and adherence to delivery timelines.
Personnel Management: Supervise recruitment, training, and development of staff, fostering a collaborative and motivating work environment.
Financial Management: Monitor and manage the company budget, ensuring prudent financial management and rigorous cost control.
Business Development: Identify growth opportunities and develop new business initiatives to expand the company's presence in the market.
Customer and Supplier Relations: Cultivate strong relationships with existing customers and acquire new clients, as well as negotiate advantageous agreements with suppliers to ensure the continuous supply of materials and services.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards in the logistics and business management sectors.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.Proven experience in managing corporate operations, preferably in the logistics sector.Excellent leadership and personnel management skills, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and lead the team to success.Strong analytical skills and decision-making ability, with a results-oriented mindset.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Customer-oriented and ability to develop long-term relationships with clients and suppliers.In-depth knowledge of regulations and regulations related to logistics and business management.Willingness to travel occasionally.
