Senior EIM Consultant

 

YOUR IMPACT

In this role you will work in a highly motivated team together with Sales Experts, Solution Consultants and OpenText partners in the Italy/Switzerland/Austria region. You will work at the customers’ sites to present, develop, and implement OpenText EIM solutions by using your excellent communication skills and technical competence.

With your previously acquired knowledge in Information Management technologies, you quickly realize opportunities and never lose sight of the big picture. You tackle problems actively and responsibly and find pragmatic ways to solve them. You react flexibly to demands and customers’ needs and enjoy working in a team and with our international clients.

 

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

  • Performing requirement analysis at the prospects and customers by investigating the business processes and by identifying the potential EIM solution suitable for the need
  • Preparation and implementation of software demonstrations of our EIM products / EIM solutions
  • Demonstrating the strengths of our products directly at the customers by making presentations, workshops, and live demonstrations
  • Creating technical solution documents (infrastructure documents, implementation documents) for our software and the requirements of the customers’ projects
  • Setting up EIM projects together with the partners and the customer to guarantee a successful project delivery and project implementation
  • Acting as technical and organizational lead and expert during the project lifecycle
  • Identify potential both for license sales as well as projects.

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCEED

  • You have a university/college degree, ideally in computer science or business administration or at least 5 years of experience as a programmer, software engineer, IT Consultant, …
  • You have a good IT background with a focus on the technical perspective
  • Whilst being an expert in the technical space you have a strong focus on realizing sales potential, both for services as well as licenses
  • You are familiar with IT architecture and IT systems (client/server technologies, network architecture, Operating Systems, databases, cloud, containerization, …)
  • You show a high level of commitment and willingness to learn and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies/products
  • Knowledge of core OpenText products (Content Server, Archive, etc.) is highly beneficial for the position
  • Expertise and experience in SAP related technologies (e.g. ERP, CRM, Success Factors), Salesforce, O365 or Service Now is also highly desirable
