RINA is currently recruiting for a Salesforce Consultant to join its office in Genoa, Italy within the Certification Digital Development Division.
MissionThe ideal candidate will support the business in managing and developing the IT tools and programs adopted by the commercial, technical and administrative functions also through the adoption of Salesforce platform.
Key Accountabilities- Collecting the business user requirements satisfying the stakeholders and compliance needs
- Gaining business and compliance approval
- Negotiating priorities with IT PMs and defining development planning
- Managing the User Acceptance Test phase involving the users and IT PMs as necessary
- Training and supporting business users in using tools and programs and adopting the new digital soluzions
- Supporting the Service Desk in identifying problems and solutions
- Configuring standard and custom profiles, communications, layouts, forms, work plan templates, report and dashboards in Salesforce platform #LI-MC1

Experience of IT project management application design and development activities (demand management)

Experience in configuring Salesforce Filed Service product and APP (standard and custom configuration of profiling, communications, layouts, forms, work plan templates, reports and dashboards)

Appreciated knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform

Nice to have Salesforce Certifications:(e.g. administrator, APP builder)
