As a result of our continuing growth, we now have an immediate requirement for a Sales Manager (SM) to join our business in Italy. 

What you can expect: 

In this role you will support the Diagnostic Country Manager on the implementation of the commercial strategy to reach both sales & profitability targets.  You will develop the sales team through ongoing coaching mentoring where you will spend 50% of your time. Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products A driver of Sales Force Effectiveness program you will enhance commercial performance through improved sales reporting structure and financial reporting formats in order to analyze the sales evolution per line of product, units, ASP evolution. Conduct strategic account reviews to identify new business growth opportunities

What we expect:

At least 5+ years of Sales team management with solid performance within the area of molecular diagnostics is required. Experience in the commercialization of large portfolios Strong Business developing skillset with strong interpersonal and presentation skills Ability to work on own and use initiative Ability to travel 40-50% of the time
