Sales and After Sales Automotive Process Trainer

40 hours per week

North Italy, Hybrid

MSX is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Sales and After Sales Trainer for automotive processes to join our team in North Italy.

The Role

The trainer we are looking for has a solid knowledge of sales and after-sales dealer processes of car, motorcycle, truck and agriculture networks. He had experience in product, process and transversal skills training.

 

About you 

We would love to welcome a new colleague passionate about the automotive field, oriented to teamwork and taking the good dose of initiative to achieve results. Our ideal Sales and After Sales Trainer has excellent communication skills as well as must follow the specifications and requests provided by the Project Manager and the Trainers Supervisor to:

 

  • Designing and developing training materials
  • Updating training content with innovative technological tools
  • Coaching e training on the job
  • Providing feedback and constructive guidance to training participants
  • Identify and monitor project KIP's
  • Define action plans and monitoring tools for effective training
  • Work closely with PM to identify training needs and customize programs as needed.
  • Keep detailed records of trainee participation, progress and assessment

 

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Communication, Psychology, Marketing or related studies and 3-5 years of experience in trainings
  • Interest towards the Automotive Industry
  • Digital Communication;
  • Being a great team worker;
  • Ability to work independently;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Orientation to results and flexibility;
  • Availability for frequent travel in Italy and abroad;
  • Coaching
  • Languages: Italian, English;
  • Experience in video-editing and video conference applications is nice to have
