Field Service Engineer

 

SCOPO PRIMARIO E OBIETTIVO GENERALE DEL RUOLO:

 

La figura di Field Service Engineer rappresenta bioMérieux in ogni momento della sua attività, in modo professionale per sviluppare e preservare un rapporto positivo con il Cliente con l’obiettivo di raggiungere l’operatività e la soddisfazione del Cliente stesso.

Come tecnico di assistenza sul campo fornirà supporto tecnico sulla strumentazione sia in remoto che on-site e dovrà:

  • Farsi carico dei servizi assegnati per risolvere i problemi tecnici in modo tempestivo con il fine di rendere operativa la strumentazione e ottenere la massima soddisfazione del Cliente.
  • Risolvere problematiche sia hardware che software, sia in remoto che on-site, registrando correttamente le azioni intraprese su piattaforma indicata da bioMèrieux.
  • Eseguire interventi di manutenzione preventiva, aggiornamenti hardware e software sui sistemi bioMérieux.
  • Installare i sistemi bioMérieux presso i laboratori dei clienti.
  • Implementare azioni correttive sul campo e MAR per risolvere i problemi dei clienti e/o migliorare le prestazioni del sistema.
  • Collaborare e comunicare attivamente con gli Application Specialist per fornire ai Clienti il miglior supporto possibile.
  • Se richiesto, dovrà fornire supporto telefonico di Help Desk.
  • Tenersi aggiornato sulle attività amministrative come registrare gli ordini di servizio in modo tempestivo e ordinare i pezzi di ricambio.
  • Mantenere gli strumenti e l'attrezzatura di misura assegnati, in modo corretto e assicurarsi che siano calibrati correttamente e in ottimo stato d’uso.
  • Rispettare le procedure, la gestione, la politica e gli obiettivi di qualità di bioMèrieux.
  • Mantenere e gestire le parti di ricambio assegnate, secondo le procedure definite da bioMèrieux S.p.A.
  • Tenere aggiornato il parco strumenti con le ultime release Hardware/Software rilasciate dalla casa madre.
  • Preparare rapporti delle attività svolte siano esse eseguite on-site o da remoto.

 

FORMAZIONE, ESPERIENZE E COMPETENZE RICHIESTE PER IL RUOLO:

 

  • Laurea triennale / Diploma in ambito tecnico (Elettronica / Elettrotecnica / Informatica)
  •  Precedente esperienza, almeno quinquennale, come FSE nel campo diagnostico o equivalente
  • Gradita esperienza come FSE su strumentazione scientifica presso Aziende nel settore Food e/o Pharma
  • Capacità di ascoltare e analizzare le esigenze dei clienti
  • Capacità di operare con efficienza, responsabilità e senso di urgenza in autonomia
  • Buone capacità organizzative e di gestione del tempo
  • Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese ( scritto e parlato)

 

La zona prevalente di pertinenza sarà l' Area del Centro Italia.
