JOB PURPOSE

 

Accountable for support, development and maintenance of software application in the industrial and retail architecture domain including application for facilities management. Based on the roadmap he/she will analyse the business needs designing potential solutions and evolution of the application in sync with IT Group Architecture&Facilities manager.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Support the production team onsite with functional and application activities
  • Help in define the project objectives being involved in the process of demand with the IT Group Architecture&Facilities manager
  • Collaborate in the functional and technical analysis of the solution to be achieved
  • Collaborate with the programmers for the development activities
  • Test the solutions and application evolutions.
  • Highlight constraints, risks and issues to the IT Group Architecture&Facilities manager
  • New solution documentation (e.g. user manual) is shared and explained to business teams
  • Attention to perception and satisfaction

 

 

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

 

Successful studies in business management or engineering

Solid technical background, with experience in production ERP (SAP S/4)

Business skills: thorough understanding of construction fundamentals in fashion industry

Experience with large enterprise projects in international environments, Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with different international cultures

Good level of English (Spoken and Written)
