RINA is currently recruiting for a Italy Certification Process Improvement Advisor to join its office in Palermo, Rome, Genoa or Rozzano (Milan), Italy within the Italy Certification Operations Division.

The Process Improvement Advisor's mission is to ensure that the Management System Certification operational sequences are conducted as planned and are subject to systematic analyses, contributing to identify and address improvement opportunities for the processes in which is involved through the assigned practices. #LI-GZ1

 

Main tasks:

  • Expediting: Monitoring activities, reminders and constant exchange of information necessary to ensure that the Auditors can schedule, execute and make available the audit documentation necessary for carrying out the subsequent process phases (Decision Making activities and/or practices closure on the IT operative application).

 

  • Operations and communications necessary for the advancement and completion of certification processes: This includes, for example: the preparation of certificate forms/drafts for schemes not completely managed within the operating IT systems, management of requests for audit deadline extensions, preparation of proposals and documents for suspensions, revocations and renunciations for reasons attributable to aspects of planning (e.g. failure to carry out audits within the expected deadlines).

 

  • Continous Improvement: Set of activities aimed at monitoring and improving the efficiency of the various processes that contribute to the provision of customer service. It consists of the following main phases: research and analysis of any slowdowns or inefficiencies, identification of root causes and proposal of corrective actions or opportunities for improvement.
    These initiatives are managed with the use of techniques and tools shared with the work group and developed individually or through team work.

Education:

  • Bachelor degree in economic or technical subjects.

 

Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Office knowledge: intermediate level. In particular, Excel: ability to use Pivot, advanced graphing, functions etc.
  • English: intermediate level.
