La risorsa si occuperà:

Implementazione e gestione di piattaforme IBM Watson AIOps, con focus su Netcool, ITNM (IBM Tivoli Network Manager), ASM (Advanced System Management), e RBA (Runbook Automation);Sviluppo di soluzioni per automatizzare e ottimizzare i processi operativi IT utilizzando strumenti di IBM Watson AIOps;Collaborazione con team tecnici per tradurre requisiti aziendali in soluzioni tecniche pratiche e conformi agli standard di architettura.

Almeno 3 anni di esperienza in ruoli simili con un focus su IBM Watson AIOps e le sue componenti principali: Netcool, ITNM, ASM, e RBA;Conoscenza approfondita di sistemi e reti, con esperienza nell'implementazione di Netcool Omnibus, Impact, e Network Manager;Forte interesse per l'intelligenza artificiale, machine learning, e tecnologie avanzate di analisi dati, con particolare attenzione agli strumenti Watson AI e Watsonx.Saranno considerati un plus: esperienza con IBM Garage Method e progetti di trasformazione digitale e familiarità con metodologie DevSecOps e Agile.
