We will count on you to:
Manage a portfolio of predominantly large, complex and/or multinational clients;
Support in the identification of strategies for clientsâ risk management, risk financing and insurance needs and objectives;
Participate at clients and insurers meetings in conjunction with specialist broker;
Partner with the Placement Team to design strategies to achieve growth goals and provide; exceptional client service;
Strive to deliver best practice, market-leading service and solutions for all clients.
What you need to have:
Masterâs degree in Economics (Finance, Management, Risk Management, ecc.), Law, Political and Social Sciences, International Relations or similar;
3 - 5 years of experience in insurance companies or insurance brokers, preferably in a client-facing role;
Property - Liability (combined) insurance experience;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Negotiating and Influencing skills;
Analytical and problem solving skills;
Fluent in written and spoken Italian and English.
