Consultant Adecco filiale Rozzano, per solida azienda che sul territorio di Rozzano produce e distribuisce pompe e valvole, ricerca la figura di:
n.1 RESPONSABILE AMMINISTRATIVO/A
Il/la Responsabile Amministrativo/a documenta e registra ogni movimento contabile aziendale, gestisce il processo di contabilità garantendo il rispetto delle procedure e degli adempimenti fiscali-tributari.
Elabora e redige il bilancio di previsione, la contabilità analitica e i collegamenti con la contabilità generale.
Nello specifico la risorsa inserita si occuperà di:
Gestione fatturazione passiva
Gestione fatturazione attiva
Gestione dei tracciati relativi alla fattura elettronica (scarti SDI, test invio documenti in modo massivo o singolo)
Registrazione e controllo fatture intra cee, extracee, reverse charge, autofatture, bolle doganali
Scadenziario e pagamenti fornitori e relativa registrazione
Scritture di bilancio
Gestione fatturazione attiva: clienti (emissione e registrazione fatture attive elettroniche e non)
Gestione dei tracciati relativi alla fattura elettronica (scarti SDI, test invio documenti in modo massivo o singolo)
Registrazione fatture intra cee, extracee, reverse charge, autofatture
Registrazioni incassi, gestione dello scadenziario, recupero crediti
Si richiede esperienza nel ruolo
Si offre inserimento diretto in azienda a tempo indeterminato.
