Scopo e Attività

Assistenza e consulenza legale generale in ambito operatività conto proprio della banca ed operatività conto terzi su mercati/MTF/OTF/sedi di negoziazione elettroniche italiane ed estere (sia europee che extraeuropee) con particolare attenzione all'operatività equity ed equity derivatives (listed ed OTC). Gestione/redazione/revisione della correlata contrattualistica e documentazione con clienti/controparti di mercato 

Esperienza Richiesta

Esperienza nell'ambito specifico o similari in primari studi legali nazionali ed internazionali per almeno 4/5 anni nel ruolo di associate o equivalente o in primarie istituzioni finanziarie italiane o estere Costituisce elemento preferenziale il possesso di abilitazione all'esercizio della professione forense 

Competenze Richieste

• Laurea Italiana in Giurisprudenza • Ottima conoscenza generale del diritto civile, commerciale e societario italiano • Ottima conoscenza del diritto dei mercati finanziari e della disciplina dei servizi ed attività di investimento • Familiarità con la contrattualistica e la documentazione in ambito operatività listed con controparti di mercato e financial markets infrastructures • Familiarità con la contrattualistica ISDA in generale e con l'operatività equity OTC su base ISDA • Ottima conoscenza delle Equity Definitions ISDA • Inglese (scritto e parlato) fluente • Attitudine alla negoziazione • Attitudine al teamworking
