Position

Il team Innovation Hub fa parte della Global Brokerage Unit, Products & Services Dept. di FinecoBank, Global Business.

Si occupa di promuovere lo sviluppo di nuove idee e supportare l'innovazione attraverso l'adozione di trend emergenti nel panorama fintech del brokerage.

Collaborando con le diverse funzioni aziendali e lavorando a stretto contatto con i Product and Project Managers, la persona da noi inserita avrà modo di gestire e coordinare progetti e di sviluppare una conoscenza approfondita delle soluzioni innovative che caratterizzeranno i prodotti e servizi della Banca.

La risorsa scelta farà parte di un team che collabora allo sviluppo trasversale di idee e progetti legati al mondo del brokerage e degli investimenti e che ha il compito di promuovere l’adozione di soluzioni nuove e diverse che stanno caratterizzando lo sviluppo e la trasformazione dell’industria.

In Particolare, La Persona Selezionata Si Occuperà Di

  • Studiare e presidiare l’evoluzione di trends innovativi in ambito fintech e sui servizi di investimento, con particolare attenzione ai recenti trend che caratterizzano l’adozione di IA nell’industria finanziaria;
  • Studiare e definire nuovi servizi per adottare, all’interno della realtà aziendale e dei servizi Fineco, le nuove tendenze innovative e tecnologiche come le opportunità offerte dall’Intelligenza Artificiale;
  • Supportare la realizzazione di progetti end-to-end relativi allo sviluppo di nuovi prodotti/servizi ed efficientamento degli esistenti;
  • Seguire e garantire il completamento del progetto attraverso attività di project management;
  • Collaborare con i principali stakeholder e figure chiave delle altre funzioni della banca;
  • Comprendere aspetti di User Experience così da poter individuare e supportare nel troubleshooting;
  • Creare reports e presentazioni ad hoc per gli aggiornamenti periodici.
Requirements

Desideriamo entrare in contatto con persone in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:

  • Laurea preferibilmente in materie economico-finanziarie/ingegneria;
  • Esperienze precedenti nel settore finanziario o Fintech;
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
  • Conoscenza del pacchetto Office (in particolare Excel e PowerPoint);
  • Attenzione e curiosità verso gli sviluppi dell’industria, soprattutto sul fronte tecnologico;
  • Interesse in ambito servizi trading e di investimento;
  • Buona gestione del tempo e rispetto delle scadenze all’interno di un ambiente dinamico;
  • Motivazione e impegno per soddisfare le diverse deliverables, lavorando sia autonomamente che in team;
  • Eccellenti capacità interpersonali;
  • Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione, sia verbali che scritte;
  • Voglia di mettersi in gioco e di sentirsi parte di una realtà speciale volta all’innovazione.
Apprezzata conoscenza dei prodotti di investimento e di trading e finanziari in genere, oltre che la conoscenza di ulteriori lingue europee.
