Il Gruppo SDF, leader globale nella produzione di macchine agricole, è alla ricerca di un Product Training managerda inserire all’interno della Direzione Marketing. In qualità di specialista della formazione il candidato svolgerà un ruolo cruciale nel garantire che i nostri dipendenti e dealers abbiano le conoscenze e le competenze per promuovere e vendere in modo efficace i nostri prodotti.
In questo ruolo la risorsa sarà responsabile dello sviluppo e della fornitura di programmi di formazione tecnica per la nostra linea di prodotti attraverso il monitoraggio delle tendenze del settore e rimanendo aggiornato sulle richieste e sulle tecnologie del mercato. Lavorerà inoltre a stretto contatto con il product managers dei diversi mercati per comprendere le caratteristiche e le specifiche dei nostri prodotti e tradurle in materiali di formazione completi. Sarà inoltre responsabile del monitoraggio e della valutazione dell’efficacia dei programmi formativi attraverso l’analisi dei feedback dei partecipanti.
Requirements
- Laurea o diploma tecnico in ambito meccanico o elettronico
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata)
- Padronanza del pacchetto Office
- Forte conoscenza del settore delle macchine agricole
- Esperienza precedente nella progettazione, sviluppo e/o implementazione di programmi di formazione tecnica
- Competenze nella creazione di materiali didattici (slide, manuali, video) ed organizzazione di eventi in campo
- Conoscenza e competenza nell’utilizzo di strumenti e tecnologie didattiche, come e-learning e piattaforme online. La conoscenza della piattaforma Docebo sarà un ulteriore fattore di positiva valutazione.
- Capacità di lavorare sia in modo autonomo che in team, con eccellenti capacità di comunicazione e presentazione
- Disponibilità a viaggiare secondo necessità
