LHH supporta il Gruppo Prima S.p.A. per il Plant Produttivo di Sole Scanzorosciate nella ricerca di un Lead Engineer.

Responsibilities

Il profilo ideale sara incaricato delle seguenti responsabilita:

- Referente tecnico del Progetto;
- Preventivo prodotto ed investimenti, condivisione con team, plant produttivo e plant manager;
- Sviluppo prodotto;
- Costo prodotto e aggiornamenti rispetto al preventivo iniziale;
- Interfaccia tecnica cliente assieme al tool engineer;
- Collabora con il tool engineer per la gestione degli stampi;
- Distinta base e passaggio informazioni ad Aprom;
- Pianifica ad implementa le attivita relative alla propria funzione e supporta il PM nella stesura e pianificazione del progetto;
- Implementa l’APQP relativa alla propria funzione.

Your Profile

Verranno prese in considerazione, per gestire e garantire l’entrata in produzione di un sistema robusto e derivante da processi ripetibili, figure in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:

- Conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello B2);
- Conoscenza di Project Management (Tempistiche, Redditivita, Qualita);
- Competenze di pianificazione;
- Conoscenza del processo di iniezione termoplastico;
- Conoscenza dei processi di finitura estetica;
- Conoscenza di specifiche cliente, progettazione prodotto e processi produttivi correlati;
- Conoscenza di sistemi validazione, di misura e controllo;
- Conoscenza modellazione CAD;
- Conoscenza dei sistemi di simulazione (MF, LS Dyna) e progettazione prodotto;
- Conoscenza della progettazione dei processi (DOE, capability, Materials, etc);
- Conoscenza della progettazione stampi;
- Conoscenza dell'analisi dei processi, BOM e analisi dei cicli;
- Conoscenza delle procedure interne di Qualita.
