FUNCTION INTRODUCTION

In the perspective of the increasingly relevant "data & analytics-driven organization" approach and with the aim of enhancing skills related to Business Acumen, these temporary positions are functional to the implementation of shadowing programs within the FET structure. These programs are aimed at creating robust competencies in the FP&A (Financial Planning & Analytics) area to be reinjected into the Organization and at putting in place cross rotations suited to the Business.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  • Perform the Month End Closure activities

  • Update the forecast file with actuals

  • Map new SKUs/NPDs

  • Manage the forecast file during the forecasting process

  • Perform end-to-end forecast submission in Cash-up Tool (hyperion)

  • S&OP cycle: Cash up of the planned volumes in the forecast file analyzing deviation

  • Support business partners providing information and helping the preparation of business cases.

    Skills, Experiences & Qualifications

  • University degree in economics/finance

  • Excellent analytical ability

  • Very Fluent English

  • Advance knowledge of Unilever’s Product and BU Hierarchy

  • Advanced Excel skills

  • Team Building attitude

  • Significant strength in managing time and organizing the job

  • Ability to work independently, be proactive, curious, and take initiative
