Reporting to the Group Supply Chain Logistics Operations Lead, the Supply Chain Logistics Operations Analyst will work towards improving and optimizing our logistic processed, and capabilities and support performance-driven projects. You will interface with global and business areas located team of logistics and actively work within the community to improve results and ways of working.
- The scope of the role covers:
- Support all finished good logistics operations - primary & secondary transportation, warehousing operations as well as group-wide logistics processed, capabilities and improvements.
A regular day at work:
- Support the work to define logistics capabilities and develop the concepts and frameworks required to operationalize these capabilities.
- Support the follow-up of proven logistics processes and best practices leverages in BAs.
- Support the process to facilitate exchange, knowledge, and best practice sharing for the logistics community.
- Support root cause identification together with SC performance management & analytics lead, identify and execute improvements in logistics.
- Be part of defining key business requirements for logistics solutions.
- Contribute to the creation of “global templates” for key digital logistics solutions.
- Take ownership for key logistics projects on the group level.
- Support BA processes & capability owners and join the logistics process & capability community jointly with BA counterparts.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Engineering or Business Management.
- Strong interest and desire to work within Supply Chain.
- Knowledge in Logistics and Supply Chain from education or work.
- Ability to work in a matrix organization.
- Communication skills to manage suppliers and interact with all company areas.
- Good English, written and oral.
- Good computer proficiency, esp. MS Office.
- Good computer literacy (Ms. Office: PowerPoint, Word)
- Very strong Ms. Excel skills and further skills in programming is a plus.
- It is preferred:
- 0-3 years of working experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields.
- Knowledge of Power BI.
