La persona che ricoprirà il ruolo sarà responsabile della supervisione della pulizia (interna ed esterna) e per lâaspetto della struttura assegnata, nonché dell'esecuzione di operazioni quotidiane che riguardano lâedilizia, le installazioni tecniche e gli arredi interni. La persona sarà anche responsabile della supervisione dei fornitori esterni del dipartimento Facility Management.

Eseguire controlli visivi e funzionali delle installazioni edili e tecniche, nonché delle aree comuni, e mantenerle prive di detriti
Eseguire configurazioni leggere e sostituzioni di parti di usura (es. porte, lampadine, materassi)Manutenere e pulire le aree esterne (es. terrazzo, giardino, cortile) e gestire la pulizia mensile delle ventole nei bagni e degli scarichi delle docceAssistere nella pulizia annuale delle camere (es. spostare i letti, svuotare i termosifoni) e istruire/supportare le aziende di manutenzione esterneEffettuare controlli trimestrali in tutte le stanze ospiti e nei locali tecnici, conformemente ai protocolli interniMonitorare e trasmettere i dati sul consumo delle utenze a FM HQ, segnalando anomalie a (J)OM-FM e gestire il flussaggio delle prese dâacqua secondo i protocolli interniEffettuare riparazioni di base, come idrauliche, elettriche, mobilio e apparecchiature da bagno, e svolgere piccole opere di pitturaDiagnosticare problemi, riferirli alla direzione e, se necessario, contattare direttamente le aziende di manutenzione esterneRispondere alle richieste dei clienti e della direzione, seguendo i protocolli di gestioneresponsabile per la cura, la manutenzione e l'inventario di tutte le forniture e le attrezzature in dotazione per questa posizione lavorativainformare lâOperations Manager ed il Facility Management delle forniture necessarie (ad esempio pezzi di ricambio per doccia, maniglie delle porte, cuscini, piumoni, lampadine ecc.) e tenere traccia degli ordini di acquisto e di inventario degli oggetti in dotazione a questa posizione lavorativCOSA CERCHIAMODiploma di maturità richiesto e preferibile esperienza in un ruolo simileConoscenza base dei sistemi edili e Forti capacità comunicative Capacità di lavorare in autonomia e con poca supervisioneAbilità di organizzare il tempo a disposizione e gestire molteplici attività e progetti
