The resource will be joining our HQ Supply Chain Team. In particular, the person will support the team with the following activities: Own S&OP; at regional level, manage control inventory for full cluster, leading improvement actions within Supply Chain organization.

With guidance from Planning Managers the Demand Planning specialist has to develop, communicate, deploy and follow up a strong Inventory Management process.

**Job Description**:

- Maintain a constant relationship with the regional S&OP; teams to understand the demand forecasting drivers.
- Assist in the development, implementation, analysis and coordination of the S&OP; meetings providing KPI and analysis on: - Forecast Accuracy - Stock Quality - Actions for Inventory Optimization
- Challenge the forecasts from the sales teams and the usual runs (historical data, seasonality, market trends, special offers, budgets ) with relevant data analysis
- Coordinate cross-functional research activities to reconcile significant variances and refine the forecast model to reflect updated sales and marketing assumptions
- Discuss Forecast trend with Region identifying and understanding root causes for demand pattern change and leading the update in forecasting and planning systems
- Develop and maintain relevant reports pertaining to demand planning process
- Provide input to the regional supply-planning organization to develop inventory strategies on existing items, new products and product phase-outs
- Manage inventory levels to meet corporate goals
- Reporting and tracking the status of stock level as well as the efficiency of commercial actions on slow mover, excess & obsolete
- Lead programs for digitalization and continuous improvement in stock management tools and processes
- Support inventory checks to validate inventory accuracy; investigate & reconcile discrepancies & negative

***Key requirements:

- Degree in Economic or Engineering is preferred
- Fluent in English language
- Excellent Analytical skills
- Excel, BI Tools, ERP systems, Logility (or other forecasting tool), forecasting & inventory management techniques
- Any post-education program in supply management is a plus (APICS certified)
- Structured working style and good at keeping an overview

Pronounced proactive approach, ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, skilled in project management, stakeholder management and presentations, problem solving, leadership capabilities, communication skills, willingness to work in an interdisciplinary environment and team spirit are needed skills to complete the profile.
