The Key Account Professional for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible to manage one of the biggest Partnership of the Italian Organization around Venice area.

This position is part of the Sales Team located in Veneto and will be fully remote. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

You will be a part of the Sales team and report to the Sales Area Manager responsible for North-East of Italy. If you thrive in an amazing and multifunctional role and want to work to build a world-class Sales organizationâread on.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead complex projects through internal and external resources.
  • Manage multiple contracts through data and analytics.
  • Partner with the highest authorities in region to move forward the Laboratory Medicine
  • Improve patients lives accelerating the speed and accuracy of IVD diagnosis.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • University Degree, preferrable in Biologic, Clinical Engineer or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in IVD / laboratory environment. Knowledge 360° of laboratory and connected dynamics.
  • Project management skills, proven experience in coordination of multiple stakeholders
  • Analytics skills and ability to critical read the numbers and gain insights.
  • Great Communication skills, with commercial acumen, with ability to flex style with different stakeholders private and public.
  • Fluent in Italian, English intermediate

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Problem Solving Processes and/or
  • Application Support in IVD reagents and/or
  • Previous experience in laboratory (private or public) and/or
  • Previous experience in multinational company and ability to surf in a complex matrix environment.
