In H-FARM College, siamo alla ricerca di un/una stagista che supporti il direttore di College nello sviluppo di nuovi progetti. Il/la candidato/a lavorerà a stretto contatto con il management e si occuperà:

ATTIVITÀ 

  • Supportare il team nella gestione di aziende e istituzioni partner;

  • Supportare la progettazione, affiancando il team nella pianificazione e realizzazione di eventi e iniziative di awareness

  • Supportare il Management nell'analisi, gestione e reportistica di dati e statistiche strutturati e nel monitoraggio e pianificazione delle attività della divisione di Marketing, Sales and Admissions

  • Supportare il Management nell'interazione con gli altri dipartimenti (marketing, accademico, etc) per identificare e raccogliere le esigenze e le richieste di studenti e potenziali studenti per migliorare ed integrare i contenuti marketing, le campagne e in ottica di ottimizzazione del prodotto

  • Supportare il Management nella gestione e nella relazione con i clienti Business.

    REQUISITI PREFERENZIALI

  • Ottime capacità di scrittura e comunicative orientate alla vendita e al supporto dei clienti 

  • Ottime capacità organizzative e analitiche che consentano di gestire correttamente la routine quotidiana 

  • Capacità di interagire con i potenziali clienti e di fornire loro assistenza e supporto

  • Ben sviluppate soft skills

  • Capacità di lavorare in team, orientamento ai risultati e fiducia nelle proprie capacità di raggiungere e superare i propri obiettivi
