As the Internal Account Manager, you will be focused on identifying, nurturing, qualifying, and generating sales opportunities to drive pipeline growth for Arrow Global Components.

What Will You Be Doing at Arrow? 

  • You will be responsible for developing, executing, and securing running biz by the customers.
  • Developing commercial strategy in conjunction with the Account Managers and Regional Sales Manager
  • Discover new potential customer and expanding active customer base
  • Project identification to inform Account Manager/Field Applications Engineer
  • Co-ordinating Arrowâs resources and supplier resources to maximize product offering across all technologies.
  • Developing customer relationships.
  • Developing relationships with strategic suppliers to achieve an advantage for Arrow.
  • Exceed sales and profit objectives within area.  

What are we looking for?

  • Experience in a similar position, internal sales, or customer service.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and develop strategic business relationships.
  • Effective communication with people at all levels.
  • Fluency in English and Italian.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Excel)
