Siamo alla ricerca di un profilo professionale brillante e competente per il team di Property Risk Consulting sui nostri uffici di Milano o Roma.

Cosa ti aspetta:

Grazie allâ allâesperienza maturata in passato su progetti similari contiamo su di te per supportare i clienti nei seguenti ambiti:

  • Attività di property risk assessment (incendio, esplosione, furto, eventi naturali catastrofali, etc.);
  • Attività di loss prevention (definizione di piani di mitigazione, supporto ai clienti relativamente alla formulazione e implementazione di piani e procedure legate alla loss prevention sulla base di regolamenti locali e standard internazionali, supporto nella definizione di criteri tecnici per il miglioramento dello stato di rischio, etc.);
  • Supporto alle attività di property risk consulting legate ad attività assicurative;
  • Attività di plan review e revisione progetti antincendio (preparazione specifiche tecniche per sistemi antincendio, calcoli idraulici, etc.);
  • Analisi rischi Business Interruption;
  • Progetti speciali (analisi rischi eventi naturali catastrofali, analisi guasto macchina, etc.).

Requisiti:

  • Laurea magistrale in Ingegneria Chimica, Civile, Meccanica, Ambientale o affini;
  • Almeno 5 anni di esperienza in attività di Risk Engineering (presso broker o compagnie di assicurazione) o in attività di Property Risk Management presso altre società/Enti.
  • Disponibilità a brevi trasferte di lavoro in Italia e all'estero;
  • Buona conoscenza e padronanza nellâutilizzo del pacchetto Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) e dei principali strumenti informatici;
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (B2).

Caratteristiche preferenziali:

  • Buone competenze tecniche nella valutazione di sistemi di protezione antincendio secondo gli standard NFPA e/o altri standard internazionali (UNI-EN; FM);
  • Esperienza precedente in attività di "sprinkler-review" e "plan-review" incentrate sui sistemi di protezione antincendio;
  • Buona conoscenza tecnica dei rischi property;
  • Buone capacità di stesura di relazioni tecniche;
  • Capacità di negoziazione e di risoluzione dei problemi;
  • Efficiente capacità di gestione del tempo;
  • Ottime capacità organizzative e di presentazione.
