RINA is currently recruiting for a Internship - Marine Assistant Project Manager to join its office in Genoa, Italy within the Marine Consulting Division

Mission

The Assistant Project Manager intern will assist in the execution of naval projects, supporting the completion of deliverables within defined deadlines, scope, and budget. They will work within a complex network of relationships among the client, RINA, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors who deliver the elements of the project. The Assistant Project Manager intern will learn to manage adequate resources to meet all project objectives in the most efficient and effective manner. #LI-VB1

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing multiple naval projects and clients concurrently;
  • Help coordinate and strategize assignments for the management of the naval projects;
  • Support in generating and distributing documents and instructions for naval project execution, from planning to invoicing of services;
  • Support senior Project Managers/field/technical personnel in carrying out their designated tasks;
  • Assist in ensuring accurate data entry into RINA systems adhering to established procedures;
  • Support compliance with the RINA QHSE Management Systems throughout all assigned activities;
  • Help in monitoring naval project revenues and profitability;
  • Collaborate with the Naval Business Development department in commercial activities

Education Master’s Degree in Naval Engineering
