What is the job about?

The Service Project Engineer is responsible for managing Grundfos turn-key projects with installation, managing Service-side digital services and products, bringing Customers’ satisfaction.     

 

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

 

    • Project management of Grundfos turn-key projects with installation
    • Basic electrical and electronic knowledge
    • Provide technical support to customers, both remotely and at site
    • Prepares clear and complete service reports and ensures these are submitted on time
    • Managing Grundfos digital services and products

 

Experience:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (electronics/energy/technical)
  • 3 years’ experience working with Project Management in electromechanical environment
  • Experience in electronics and digital offerings is a plus
  • English Fluent
  • Ability and will to move on-site
  • Problem solving approach
