HVDC Sales Internship

Description

This internship is an opportunity to write your thesis in collaboration with our company.
You will have the chance to work in a multinational environment, deepen your knowledge regarding the HVDC transmission systems, and put hands on a real project.

Your responsibilities:
• Support in the preparation of tender documentation for ongoing HVDC projects;
• Study of the technical documentation of ongoing HVDC projects in Italy;
• Study of the MACH system - Modular Advanced Control for HVDC;
• Study of typical protection schemes in point-to-point HVDC transmission systems;
• Study of protection schemes in HVDC transmission systems;
• Live core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

Your background:
• Graduating student in Electrical Engineering;
• Good knowledge of Basic MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power-Point);
• Fluency in Italian and good knowledge of English (B1/B2);
• Proactivity, good attention to detail and strong communication skills are required.
• proficient in use of AutoCAD
• proficient in use of Matlab
