About this role:
As a  Courier Coordinator, you’ll be the key contact for our ‘Scoober’ fleet. You, as a natural leader, are able to help ensure things run smoothly for them. If anything is stopping them from hitting the road, you’re able to solve issues and answer their queries. That means ensuring drivers have all the equipment and information needed to do the job successfully.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

• Resolving issues blocking the food delivery together with your colleagues;

• Motivating everyone around you to hit the city records and meet service level agreements day by day;

• Planning activities;

• Coordinate hub operations to ensure that couriers equipment is stored, handled and dispatched safely, timely and efficiently

• Check state of equipment and coordinate repairs of broken equipment with external parties

• Ensure equipment is replaced when repair is not possible

• Maintain proper records of incoming and outgoing equipment and repairs and perform basic administrative tasks

• Ensure cleanliness and safety of hub

What will you bring to the table?

• Good English knowledge;  

• Strong communication skills and ability to deal with a range of colleagues;

• Available to work on irregular shifts: including weekends and evenings (until 00:00).
