PRINCIPALI RESPONSABILITÀ

ll/la Treasury Junior supporta il team Finance & Treasury nella gestione della liquidità e del debito, nell'analisi dei mercati finanziari e nel coordinamento delle attività di tesoreria di tutte le filiali del Gruppo nel mondo.

La risorsa si occuperà di supportare il team nelle seguenti attività:

- Supporto nella gestione del cash management della società italiana e delle società estere del Gruppo: caricamento movimenti bancari giornalieri nel software di Tesoreria, analisi dei flussi dei conti bancari, controllo ed analisi delle condizioni bancarie, passaggio in contabilità;
- Elaborazione dei pagamenti;
- Supportare il team e le filiali nei processi di previsione e budgeting;
- Preparare il flusso di cassa e l'analisi delle variazioni rispetto al budget ed alle previsioni;
- Collaborare con gli altri dipartimenti di AFC quali Pianificazione e controllo, Amministrazione e contabilità, Imposte;
- Effettuare analisi dei mercati finanziari, principalmente su tassi di interesse, tassi di cambio, commodities e materie prime;
- Collaborare con il team per tutti i progetti in corso, principalmente orientati alla digitalizzazione e all'automatizzazione.

REQUISITI
- Laurea triennale/magistrale in materie economico-finanziarie
- Fino a 1 anno di esperienza professionale rilevante in team di Tesoreria aziendale o bancaria è considerata un plus;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata
- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto MS Office, in particolare di EXCEL

- Capacità di lavorare in un ambiente internazionale e di comunicare con culture diverse
- Orientamento al digitale
- Orientamento al risultato

E' prevista attività di formazione e affiancamento iniziale

Sede di lavoro: Milano (linea M2)
Orario di lavoro: 9.00-18.00 dal lunedì al venerdì; smart working previsto

Pacchetto retributivo:
- Contratto in somministrazione iniziale di 6 mesi finalizzato all'inserimento a tempo indeterminato
CCNL Chimico Farmaceutico
- Livello e RAL saranno commisurati all'esperienza del/la candidato/a + mensa interna + welfare aziendale
