We are looking for RD&A Scientist for our location i Mozzo, Italy.

•    Development, scale-up and industrialization of new innovations of natural flavor ingredients, 

•    Assess new ingredients and technologies; be able to build technology-driven taste blocks and keys

•    Assist the site operation team in implementing the new developed processes and helps to resolve related operation issues.

•    Trainee Flavourists , and System Developers

•    Lead and execute assigned global innovation projects working in collaboration with RD&A scientists and technologies, business stakeholders 

•    Lead or co-lead strategic customer and must-win commercial briefs working in collaboration with commercial Flavourists and Scientists in the regions

•    Support Senior Flavourists and Scientists on strategic internal/external technology presentation including designing and preparing technology demos

•    Establish and maintain a global network and communication with regional Flavourist and Scientist technology champions.

•    Prepare and maintain technical records on all assigned projects and meet project deadlines

•    Collaborate with cross functional teams including R&D technologists, plant/production, sampling/quality, shipping/receiving, project managers, application staff, and others working in the same project.

•    Work closely with R&D teams in building IP needs.

•    Active role in commercializing of the novel keys the innovation keys into various systems (Optiva, MDG, Salesforce etc).

•    Participate in sensory panels and other developmental opportunity sample evaluations.

• Experience 5 + years
• Degree in Organic Chemistry, Biochemistry, Flavour Chemistry or equivalent experience
• Postgraduate / Masters Qualification desirable 
• Expertise in use of enzymes for bioconversion processes
• Good understanding in Flavour chemical analysis
• Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions
