The candidate will gain experience in:

  • Assisting in the development and execution of strategic event marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Creating and managing digital, hybrid, and in-person events, including logistics, invitations, programs, gadgets and contents.
  • Contributing to communication efforts by updating website content and internal platforms (intranet), writing articles, creating internal mailings, newsletters, and preparing promotional presentations.
  • Supporting the implementation of marketing global, regional, and local campaigns and delivering content and collaborating with internal teams to gather and develop content that aligns with marketing objectives.
  • Interacting with senior staff and external parties to establish a collaborative work environment.
  • Understanding Marcomm processes and procedures and effectively planning, organizing, and prioritizing tasks.

What you need to have:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communication, Economics, Arts, Foreign Languages or a related field
  • Language skills: proficiency in Italian and English
  • Excellent knowledge and usage of Microsoft Office package (Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Office 365);
  • Good Knowledge of Google Analytics and ADS is a plus.
  • Proactivity, strong spirit of initiative, excellent organisational skills, ability to work in team and  to objectives, flexibility
  • Project management approach
  • Willingness to continuous learning and self-improvement
  • Studying or having previous work experiences abroad is considered a nice-to-have.
