Per azienda cliente specializzata nel confezionamento di capi per il settore dell'alta moda Consultant Adecco ricerca un JUNIOR PRODUCTION & PROJECT MANAGER.

La risorsa ideale ha lavorato in un contesto industriale di produzione, nella funzione di pianificazione/gestione commessa o in ruoli tecnico/commerciali; costituirà un plus la provenienza dal mondo tessile o fashion, ma anche da aziende cosmetiche.

Si richiede un'ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese e della lingua francese per gestire la comunicazione con clienti esteri.

Focus del ruolo sarà il diretto contatto con il cliente finale e la messa in atto di attività di pianificazione della produzione in serie di capi di abbigliamento e verifica dello stato avanzamento ordini, per garantire il completo soddisfacimento delle esigenze del cliente stesso e il rispetto delle tempistiche di consegna concordate.

La risorsa dovrà fornire feedback costante ai clienti e interfacciarsi con i vari team di prodotto interni per coordinare l'avanzamento della produzione, anticipando eventuali possibili problematiche.

Si richiede ottima dialettica e capacità comunicativa, orientamento al risultato e alla qualità, coinvolgimento e senso di responsabilità. Si prevedono saltuarie trasferte estere presso clienti strategici.

L'azienda offre un inserimento diretto a tempo indeterminato, con condizioni di inquadramento e retribuzione che saranno definiti in sede di colloquio, in relazione all'autonomia effettiva della risorsa.
