Victor is seeking candidates to join our team in Milan as a Senior Business Analyst and take part to our brand new Car Dealer Business Project.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working cross-functionally across Victor, Marsh Affinity Team, and a third-party vendor to deliver the Car Dealer Product. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in ADO (Azure DevOps) and Confluence.

We will count on you to:

- Work closely with stakeholders from Victor, Marsh Affinity Team, and a third-party vendor to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and track it with ADO/Confluence.

- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions to gather requirements, validate designs, and address any concerns or issues.

- Create and maintain project documentation, including requirements, user stories, and test cases.

- Define and document business processes, wireframes and workflows.

- Conduct data analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.

- Support the testing team by providing guidance on test scenarios and participating in test case reviews and defect triage sessions.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and manage project tasks and deliverables.

- Act as a liaison between Victor/Marsh business stakeholders and third-party development teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.

- Act as the Car Dealer digital platform owner, doing activities such as:

  • Configuration of platform elements (products, packages, dealer companies, usersâ¦.)
  • Management of potential backlog
  • Identification of new developments and translation into requirements
  • Key contact for dealers for platform activities
  • Analyze of platform/business performance
  • Management of providers relationship (i.e. e-signature, TPâ¦..)

What you need to have:

  • - Degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
  • - Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a similar cross-functional, multinational environment.
  • - Strong knowledge and experience with ADO (Azure DevOps) and Confluence.
  • - Experience working on software development projects, preferably within the insurance or automotive industry.
  • - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • - Proficiency in Italian and English is required
  • - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • - Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
