Descrizione Lavoro - Shift Manager Chef Express
Per conto di Chef Express, azienda leader nel settore della ristorazione veloce, ManpowerGroup ricerca Shift Manager. La figura richiesta è responsabile dell'organizzazione dei turni, della qualità del servizio, dell'accoglienza e della soddisfazione dei Clienti.
Quali Mansioni svolgerai?
- Gestione autonoma delle procedure operative del ristorante, mantenendo costantemente gli standard di sicurezza, igiene e qualità del prodotto.
- Supervisione e coordinamento di tutte le postazioni (Cucina, Cassa Delivery e Magazzino) rispettando le procedure di sicurezza previste.
- Gestione dell’organizzazione del ristorante e delle squadre durante le fasce orarie della giornata, verificando che durante il turno siano mantenuti gli standard critici per tempi di tenuta del prodotto, velocità e qualità del servizio, qualità del prodotto, igiene e sicurezza del cibo.
- Organizzazione della formazione dei nuovi Collaboratori, seguendo e valutando le performance.
Quali competenze cerchiamo?
- Diploma di scuola media superiore preferibilmente alberghiero.
- Esperienza continuativa (minimo due anni) in azienda, specialmente con gestione di team di lavoro.
- Disponibilità a trasferte per attività di training.
- Disponibilità a lavorare su turni (festivi e notturni compresi).
- Completano il profilo una ottima attitudine a lavorare in gruppo e a diversificare la propria attività, buona propensione ai rapporti interpersonali e alla vendita, predisposizione alla leadership, proattività e buone capacità organizzative.
