Are you passionate about driving product development activities and their implementation? As a member of R&D Country Team, you work closely to R&D Director, Sales and Marketing teams to offer the best technical support to customers, developing and adapting Bakery products according to their needs.Your core responsibilities are in the following R&D domains : product development, product innovation, new ingredients and technologies scouting, customer technical support, R&D SBU Bakery team coaching and development.Key AccountabilitiesBuild and keep strong and effective relationships with customersIn collaboration with Business Development Team, define and implement R&D Bakery channel strategy and ensure technical Bakery support plan for all channelsManage and guide local R&D Bakery team to develop each team member and achieve defined objectivesPromote and ensure effective collaboration between the R&D Bakery team and all other company functionsMonitor and evaluate possible implementations of new Bakery ingredients and technologies available on the marketManage local R&D Bakery innovation funnel ensuring its constant renewal and execution on timeDefine and monitor R&D Bakery KPI'sEnsure accuracy of the technical data related to the Bakery productsImplement all digital tools available in terms of project & customer managementWho we are looking for?At least 8-10 Years experience in R&D roles, in food companies with local productionStrong business and commercial acumen, ability to define and implement an R&D Bakery strategy based on business priorities and goalsAbility to interact with all levels and functions within the organization; You will actively participate in the development of innovative products.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionResearch and Business DevelopmentIndustriesFood and Beverage ManufacturingParma, Emilia-Romagna, ItalyJ-18808-Ljbffr
