Job Summary AECOM is seeking highly motivated Environmental Permitting Consultant with specific experiences in on a range of sectors, including but not limited to Infrastructures, Energy and Real Estate. Our EHS and Sustainability Team works on complex projects, pulling the right resources from across the company to support project needs. The appointed person will be expected to have a role as an Environmental Permitting Consultant with the following responsibilities: Supporting Client along the permitting process starting from the initial assessment, implementing environmental studies including relationship with authorities until permitting approval. Developing environmental studies (e.g. EIA, ESHIA, VincA study, Landscape Assessment). Implementing environmental operating permit applications (e.g. AIA, AUA, etc.). Builds and Reviews project deliverables including writing technical reports. Build sustainable relationships in order to meet our business development goals. Minimum Requirements We are particularly looking for candidates with the following: 3/5 years of related experience Interesting in growth in this role Reasonable flexibility and willingness to travel nationally to conduct site visits Open and honest A background in Industry is advantageous, as an experience in the Consulting sector Critical thinking, intellectual curiosity and problem solving abilities Ability to work collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams Strong personal initiative, agility and resourcefulness Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in chemical/Process Engineering/Environmental Engineer/Environmental Sciences Fluency in English What we offer We will give you the flexibility you need to do your best work with hybrid work options.
