Talent Solution, part of Manpower Group, for an important pharmaceutical client based in Florence, is currently recruiting a motivated individual for the role of Cybersecurity Governance Specialist .

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments and internal vulnerability assessments.
  • Develop and implement security awareness and training programs.
  • Monitor compliance with security policies and standards.
  • Investigate and address security incidents.
  • Maintain and update security documentation.
  • Stay updated on security threats and trends.
  • Collaborate with IT, Legal, and Risk Management teams.
  • Audit and assess security controls.
  • Report on security risks and compliance issues.
  • Evaluate new implementations/products for security.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 3-5 years of experience in security governance or related field.
  • Strong understanding of security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT).
  • Experience with risk assessments and mitigation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Proficiency in English (verbal and written).

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with security compliance audits.
  • Knowledge of security regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
  • Experience with security incident response.
  • Experience with security awareness and training.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Discretion and conscientiousness.
