La divisione Technical & Engineering di Randstad Professional Leaders Search & Selection, specializzata nella ricerca e selezione di profili middle e top management, ricerca per primaria azienda operante nel settore Difesa una figura di:Hangar Maintenance ManagerLa risorsa, riportando al Responsabile della Manutenzione, è responsabile della pianificazione e dell'esecuzione di tutte le attività di manutenzione (correttiva, programmata, aggiornamenti), hardware e software su aeromobili, sistemi, equipaggiamenti di bordo e attrezzature di supporto. Le attività devono essere eseguite in conformità con il programma di manutenzione del velivolo, adottando tutte le norme, i regolamenti e le procedure applicabili, e garantendo il rispetto dei più elevati standard di sicurezza.Responsabilità principali:Supportare l'unità Flight Line nel raggiungimento dei KPI di disponibilità della flotta.Firmare la rimessa in servizio (Release to Service) e il libretto di bordo dell'aeromobile (Aircraft Logbook).Aggiornare i logbook degli aeromobili, ed i sistemi aziendali per la registrazione di tutte le attività programmate e non programmate, e fornire i necessari input all'unità Servizi Tecnici. Garantire che le attività siano eseguite secondo pianificazione. Archiviare correttamente i registri tecnici di manutenzione, in conformità con le procedure applicabili.Assicurare che le attività di manutenzione siano effettuate dal personale a ciò qualificato secondo le aziendali e con I materiali e le attrezzature previste. Requisiti:Disponibilità a trasferimento di lunga durata (4 anni) presso lo stato del Kuwait.Preferibile provenienza dal settore della Difesa ma valutabile anche background civile.Consolidata esperienza nella gestione della manutenzione di aeromobili.Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata.Solida esperienza nella gestione del personale dedicato alle attività di manutenzione.Solide capacità di comunicazione verbale e scritta.Flessibilità e capacità di adattarsi rapidamente a scenari diversi.Location: Stato del KuwaitCosa si offre:Avvio contratto 6/12 mesi su base Italiana per successiva attivazione contratto a tempo determinato per tutta la durata del progetto Kuwait (durata prospettata: 4 anni prorogabili)Contributo per relocation e affitto alloggio in loco, auto aziendale con autista privato, pacchetto assicurativo sanitario per l'intero nucleo familiare, rimborso i voli A/R per l'Italia, 30 giorni di ferie/anno, indennità pasto.
