Server · Virtualizzazione · Infrastrutture on-prem / ibride Sede di lavoro: Provincia di Pisa (attività prevalentemente in sede e presso clienti) Inserimento: diretto in azienda Siamo una realtà IT consolidata, attiva da anni nel supporto alle aziende, con competenze storiche su sistemi MFP e servizi IT. Stiamo evolvendo verso un modello sempre più strutturato basato su infrastrutture server, virtualizzazione, continuità operativa e gestione del dato. Per rafforzare il team cerchiamo un Tecnico IT mid-level, già autonomo, con competenze concrete e operative su ambienti server e virtualizzati. Attività tecniche La risorsa sarà coinvolta nelle seguenti attività: Gestione e manutenzione di ambienti virtualizzati in produzione (VMware vSphere, Proxmox VE, Hyper‐V) Amministrazione di Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) Gestione e troubleshooting di Active Directory (utenti, gruppi, GPO, DNS, DHCP) Operatività backup e restore snapshot repository di backup storage (NAS / SAN, concetti di LUN e datastore) Interventi su infrastrutture IT on‐prem e ibride Attività svolte tramite ticketing, procedure operative e documentazione tecnica M365 Requisiti tecnici Esperienza reale su infrastrutture server e virtualizzazione (non solo laboratorio) Capacità di lavorare in autonomia tecnica, valutando impatti e rischi delle modifiche Laurea in informatica preferibile Buona comprensione di: architetture client/server ambienti multi-VM continuità operativa di base Approccio metodico, ordinato e orientato alla stabilità dei sistemi Patente B Requisiti organizzativi Disponibilità a lavorare prevalentemente in sede Disponibilità a interventi presso clienti del territorio Preferibile residenza o domicilio in zona Pisa / province limitrofe, per continuità operativa e presenza costante Cosa non è questa posizione Non è helpdesk di primo livello Non è un ruolo commerciale Non è adatta a profili junior o da formare da zero Non è indicata per chi non lavora con procedure e responsabilità tecniche Cosa offriamo Ruolo tecnico definito e stabile Contesto organizzato, with processi in fase avanzata di strutturazione Inserimento economico coerente con un profilo mid-level autonomo e con il mercato locale Candidatura È possibile candidarsi inviando il CV o contattandoci direttamente tramite LinkedIn.
