Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.Troubleshoot production issues in a timely manner
Support and manage daily production operations and eliminate blockers and/or part shortages
Work with cross functional teams to solve production issues
Work with process, quality, and design engineers to continuously improve manufacturing processes
As a Manufacturing Engineer this person will be supporting the technician team by resolving any obstacles and working with responsible engineers to disposition non-conformances. This individual will work closely with engineering teams in specifying and building or procuring tools and line equipment for Amazon Leo hardware builds. The successful candidate has some basic experience in supporting production of space hardware through development, QTP (qualification test procedures), and flight hardware ATP (acceptance test procedures).

We hold each other to relentlessly high standards, and constantly look for ways to improve the product’s performance, quality and cost. Ability to support a Weekend Shift (Fri/Sat/Sun/Mon, 10 hours/day) after an on-boarding period of weekday support.
~1+ years of experience supporting production in a manufacturing capacity or related field.
~BS degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
