Descrizione : Il Project Coordinator, riportando al responsabile tecnico, si occuperà dell'organizzazione delle Commesse assegnate. Nello specifico si occuperà di:
Valutare la fattibilità dei progetti, provvedere alla pianificazione del lavoro e allocazione delle risorse;
Essere Responsabile di tempi, costi e buona esecuzione del servizio;
Monitorare il cash-flow di commessa;
Monitorare le scadenze degli Ordini di Lavoro e dei contratti passivi;
Preparare i budget, le offerte, le stime dei costi;
Gestire in autonomia o in team il processo produttivo, pianificando le necessità e le attività, garantendo le produzioni nei tempi, nelle quantità e negli standard qualitativi definiti;
Fornire l'orientamento tecnico per il team di lavoro;
Determinare e riesaminare i requisiti del servizio richiesto dal cliente in funzione delle proprie competenze, gestendo i rapporti con il cliente ed i consulenti;
Pianificare le attività dei progetti;
Monitorare e misurare gli stati di avanzamento del lavoro dei team sia da un punto di vista tecnico che economico al fine di garantirne la congruità sia in termini di budget che di tempistiche e qualità del lavoro;
Redigere i SAL e ribaltamenti dei costi da inviare al Cliente secondo procedura;
Eseguire la registrazione dei risultati di riesame, verifica e validazione degli elementi riguardante la progettazione;
Pianificare le attività progettuali;
Raccogliere e riesaminare gli elementi in ingresso della progettazione;
Accertare i risultati degli elementi in uscita della progettazione;
Accertare e gestire le attività di riesame, verifica e validazione della progettazione;
Gestire le modifiche apportate alla progettazione;
Richiedere le coperture assicurative necessarie per il progetto, comunicando ai dipartimenti preposti tutte le informazioni necessarie;
Monitorare l'ottenimento delle necessarie autorizzazioni, visti e Permessi di Lavoro per il personale di progetto;
Attuare quanto di sua competenza riportato nel regolamento e procedure aziendali;
Coordinare le risorse interne e terze parti - vendor per la buona riuscita del progetto;
Gestire il rapporto con il cliente e tutte le parti interessate.
Profilo del Candidato : Il Project Coordinator ideale:
Ha maturato precedente esperienza nella gestione di progetti complessi ed internazionali;
È disponibile a trasferte;
Ha perfetta conoscenza della lingua inglese;
Eventuale conoscenza della lingua francese sarà considerata un Plus.
