Siamo un gruppo HR che ha scelto di unire competenze, energia e visione per far crescere davvero la funzione risorse umane all’interno dell’azienda, un ecosistema chiamato N Space : un insieme di realtà che operano nel mondo immobiliare, della formazione e della comunicazione. Oggi siamo pronti ad accogliere un/una HR Manager che ci aiuti a fare un salto di qualità, guidando la funzione HR in modo strutturato e strategico.
Per questo cerchiamo una figura che unisca visione, esperienza e operatività, in grado di valorizzare le persone e di dare senso e direzione anche alle attività più quotidiane con un approccio concreto e orientato al risultato.

Una persona con almeno 5 anni di esperienza in ambito HR e un background solido, completo e operativo, che includa:

Esperienza nel Settore Immobiliare/Commerciale: Cerchiamo una figura che abbia già lavorato a stretto contatto con agenti immobiliari e reti commerciali , comprendendone le dinamiche, le sfide di reclutamento e la motivazione al risultato.
Gestione e Sviluppo di Figure Commerciali: Capacità comprovata di attrarre, selezionare e far crescere figure orientate alla vendita (Talent Acquisition) e di garantire il loro benessere e la loro produttività (Sviluppo e Performance).
Talent Acquisition e gestione di percorsi di crescita individuali e di team.
HR Administration: gestione contrattuale, documentale, normativa e relazioni sindacali.
Costruzione di processi HR strutturati e misurabili (KPI, sistemi di valutazione).
Abitudine alla gestione diretta di persone e alla collaborazione trasversale.

Un team HR coeso, operativo e motivato, pronto a condividere idee e responsabilità.
Un management coinvolto, che crede nel valore delle persone e investe sul team.
Retribuzione (in base all’esperienza): € 35.000 - 38.000 ( contratto da subordinato ); € 42.000 - 45.000 ( collaborazione a Partita IVA ).
Definire e implementare la strategia HR allineata con gli obiettivi di business.
Guidare attivamente il processo di Talent Acquisition per le figure commerciali , garantendo un organico in crescita e motivato.
Supervisionare i processi di recruiting, formazione, sviluppo e performance.
Gestire tutta la parte di HR Administration (contratti, adempimenti, welfare, comunicazioni).
Costruire e mantenere relazioni solide e continuative con la direzione aziendale, i team interni e con consulenti e interlocutori esterni.
Coordinare e facilitare processi di cambiamento organizzativo e culturale.
Promuovere e mantenere un clima aziendale positivo, concreto e orientato alla collaborazione, fondamentale per il benessere interno .
