Per multinazionale di piccole dimensioni attiva nei servizi aerei sono alla ricerca di un Responsabile Amministrativo che avrà il coordinamento dell'area contabile, amministrativa e finanziaria.

Il cliente è una storica branch di un Gruppo multinazionale operante nel settore aereo con sede a Malpensa.
Descrizione
Il candidato sarà inserito a riporto del Finance Manager locale ed avrà la responsabilità delle seguenti mansioni:
gestione e supervisione della contabilità generale, inclusa la registrazione delle operazioni contabili quotidiane;
redazione e chiusura dei bilanci mensili, trimestrali e annuali, garantendo la corretta applicazione delle normative fiscali e contabili;
elaborazione e analisi dei report finanziari, assicurando l'accuratezza dei dati e il rispetto delle scadenze;
monitoraggio e gestione della liquidità aziendale, compresa la previsione dei flussi di cassa;
supporto al Finance Manager nella redazione della reportistica gestionale per la direzione e il controllo delle performance aziendali;
collaborazione con il team di audit esterno per garantire la conformità alle normative fiscali locali;
gestione delle pratiche fiscali e delle dichiarazioni IVA, con attenzione alla compliance normativa;
supporto nell'elaborazione del budget annuale e delle previsioni finanziarie, monitorando le deviazioni rispetto agli obiettivi;
supervisione di un team di medie dimensioni in ambito amministrativo.
Profilo del Candidato
Laurea in Economia o discipline similari;
Pregressa esperienza di 5/7 anni in ruoli analoghi in contesti di piccole dimensioni;
Autonomia decisionale nella gestione delle attività amministrative e supervisione di team di piccole dimensioni;
Capacità di interfacciarsi con i referenti aziendali interni per temi riguardanti l'area AFC;
Ottime skills comunicative e di ascolto finalizzate alla supervisione del team amministrativo;
Buona conoscenza dei principali sistemi gestionali.
