The Responsible Gaming Team Leader will be responsible for leading the Responsible Gaming Team, ensuring that the company adheres to all regulations and best practices related to responsible gaming. This role focuses on safeguarding vulnerable customers, promoting responsible gaming, and leading a group of analysts by ensuring processes and procedures are carried out in line with Responsible Gaming policies.

The role will be critical in driving the organisation's commitment to corporate social responsibility, as well as achieving our global responsible gaming objectives.

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Responsible Gaming Team Leader, your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

  • Lead and develop a team of responsible gaming analysts
  • Allocate tasks and ensure that the team meets its key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Conduct quality assessment reviews on responsible gaming analysts
  • Assist with training relevant stakeholders on an ad-hoc basis
  • Conduct performance reviews and individual coaching to ensure continuous improvement
  • Manage escalations and queries pertaining to responsible gaming
  • Monitor exception reporting
  • Sign-off high-risk responsible gaming tasks
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to promote responsible gaming initiatives
  • Shift work will be required

What you will bring:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a Responsible Gaming leadership or coaching role
  • Experience working in regulated markets is advantageous (Ontario, Italy, LATAM, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with other teams and departments
  • Strong understanding of responsible gaming regulations and industry best practices
  • Proven track record in delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced, challenging environment
  • Proficient in English both verbal and written (second language advantageous)
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field advantageous, however not a must

Bonus points if you also have:

  • Sports & Gambling knowledge advantageous
  • Cryptocurrency knowledge would be advantageous
  • Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Jira & Intercom
