Cytiva's Field Service Engineer is responsible for several activities such as installation and qualification, preventative maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and repairs, as well as promoting service contracts and identifying opportunities that have a significant impact on the organization.
This position is part of the Biotechnology Integrated Solutions – Equipment Services team based in Italy (preferably in the Lombardy region) and will be fully remote. Plan and execute service activities at the customer's site
Majored in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer, Electronic or Automation or equivalent field
Very good mechanical and electrical skills, experience troubleshooting
English language required
Ability to travel: 70% travel and overnight stay within territory
Computers (Windows OS, PC, server), networks and database
