The current role reports directly to the Head of Finance Italy and is responsible for supporting regional operations and clinics with relevant financial reports to aid decision‐making. Key Responsibilities Serve as the business partner for the Regional Operations Manager. Support the Head of Finance in period close, reporting, controlling processes, FP&A and other tasks, providing added value to the business. Develop business dashboards and KPIs for the unit to support decision‐making. Continuously add value and support to the organization, clinics and regional unit. Maintain a positive, inclusive partnership and a family‐like atmosphere. The Person AniCura seeks a highly motivated, financially literate individual with drive and determination. The ideal candidate excels in a collaborative, humble environment, listens well, and builds strong relationships across diverse teams. They demonstrate strong technical and business backgrounds, with an inclination for low‐key, social, and goal‐oriented work. Candidate Requirements Graduate degree or higher in business administration, accounting, or auditing. Minimum of 2 years in top‐tier consulting or auditing, with strong technical finance, accounting or auditing skills. Prior "in‐company" controlling or business‐partner experience. Advanced computer skills, especially MS Office and BI tools. Entrepreneurial, action‐oriented, independent and highly driven. Strong team player with excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse profiles. Ability to translate strategic business directions into pragmatic action plans.
