You will develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to maximize group revenue, build strong relationships with global clients and partners, and ensure flawless event execution from proposal to closing. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliLead the development and execution of sales strategies focused on international groups and events/ MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions), corporate groups, and high-profile events. /liliManage a portfolio of key corporate and group accounts, ensuring superior service, repeat business, and revenue growth. /liliActively identify new business opportunities and markets through cold outreach, networking, trade shows, site inspections, and industry events. /liliPrepare and execute a detailed International Sales Plan focus on the segment Groups. /liliBe ready to travel extensively at international level in order to be constantly fully proactive and generate inquiries on the entire MICE segment. /liliTeam up with International Marriott Global Sales MICE colleagues in order to target the right international clients. /liliCoordinate with the reactive colleagues to prepare proposals, contracts for groups and events bookings, ensuring alignment with Bvlgari Hotels and Marriott standards and revenue targets. /liliPresent and organize site inspections for prospective clients, showcasing hotel capabilities and event spaces. /liliCollaborate with Marketing, Revenue Management, FB, Events, and Operations to craft compelling offers, promotional materials, and seamlessly execute group events. /liliMaintain up-to-date knowledge of competitive set, market trends, event industry developments, and emerging client needs /liliAct as a brand ambassador at focused MICE trade shows, networking events, and in client-facing engagements, enhancing Bvlgari’s reputation as a top-tier luxury venue. /The Company has the right to assign different tasks, discretionally, falling within the same level of classification. /ph3Qualifications Skills /h3ulliBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). /liliMinimum 4 to 5 years of experience in international group sales and MICE within the luxury hospitality sector /liliProven track record of securing and growing group and event business in a luxury hotel environment. /liliFluency in written and spoken English and Italian is essential. /liliExceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. /liliStrong analytical abilities, with proficiency in using data to guide decisions and performance metrics. /liliAbility to develop and manage strategic account plans for high-value clients and maintain long-term business relationships. /li /ulh3Preferred Qualifications /h3ulliPrior exposure to luxury or ultra-luxury hotel brands. /liliExperience using Marriott Sales Catering or similar hotel CRM and sales systems. /li /ulh3What
