We are looking for talented young professionals for the role of HR Organization Specialist to enrich Cedacri’s HR Organization team. You’ll be part of a dynamic crew, working side‑by‑side with developers, data scientists, and product experts to bring ideas to life and push boundaries.
Design and maintain organizational structures to support business objectives and workforce planning.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners and management to analyze staffing needs and optimize team configurations.
Monitor headcount, organizational charts, and reporting lines to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Provide data‑driven insights and reports on organizational effectiveness and workforce distribution.
Assist in implementing HR policies and processes related to organizational design and talent management.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of organizational projects and initiatives.
Excellent knowledge of the Italian and English language
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools
Strong analytical mindset and excellent data representation skills
Availability to travel to the company location in Emilia Romagna on a weekly basis.
