At least 10 years of professional experience as Project Manager, verified through evidence provided in the CV.
- At least 10 years of excellent knowledge of and experience in recognised project management methodologies, such as PRINCE2 and PM2, verified through evidence provided in the CV and relevant certificates.

- At least 5 years of professional experience in managing EU energy projects, verified through evidence provided in the CV.
- At least 3 years of practical experience with defect tracking tools such as Gitlab and Github, including severity and priority handling and workflow states, verified through evidence provided in the CV.
- At least 2 years of experience with project management and collaboration tools and platforms, including Microsoft Project, and JIRA, verified through xrdztoy evidence provided in the CV.
- At least 2 years of experience working on information systems supporting EU policy modelling and implementation, verified through evidence provided in the CV.
- Educational background on Electrical and Computer Engineering, verified through evidence provided in the CV.
Certificates and standards
- One of the following or an equivalent certification: PM2, Project Management Professional (PMP), or PRINCE2.
