Come potrebbe essere una giornata di lavoro?Come System Engineer for SMB ti troverai ad affrontare attività su molti ambiti tecnici e raramente affronterai lo stesso identico lavoro due volte di fila. Di conseguenza ogni giornata è unica, sai come inizia ma non sai come finisce. Anche se a prima vista questo aspetto potrebbe sembrare negativo, in realtà è ciò che rende questo lavoro vario, stimolante e sempre interessante. La tua giornata ha inizio controllando l’e-mail e facendo il punto su tutto ciò che è stato pianificato sulle attività odierne.Questa mattina, per esempio, devi preparare internamente la configurazione base di un apparecchio di rete e poi metterti in contatto con il referente IT del cliente per le attività da svolgere onsite il giorno successivo.Finalmente è arrivata l’ora di pranzo… spegni il pc e vai a mangiare, un po’ di tranquillità e chiacchiere con i colleghi per ricaricarsi prima di affrontare la seconda parte della giornata. Quindi: caffè, e si torna al lavoro.Ti concentri dunque sul tuo prossimo compito: un cliente ti chiama perché ha un quesito tecnico sulla sua infrastruttura – indossi il mantello da supereroe e aiuti il cliente in difficoltà, ponendo risposta alle sue domande.Ricordati che in questo lavoro non sei solo In ACS ci sono team di specialisti di prodotto che ti potranno supportare. Spesso ti verrà richiesto impegno per portare a termine le varie sfide, ma la ricompensa è una forte sensazione di soddisfazione e un ulteriore passo verso il tuo successo.La giornata volge al termine chiudendo e rendicontando le attività svolte durante la giornata … e ora, meritato riposo5.
