In this hybrid role, you will design, develop, and integrate backend software for telecom-oriented platforms at HPE. Responsabilità

• Lead multiple project teams in end-to-end design, development, testing, and integration of complex software products
• Manage relationships with internal and outsourced partners for software design and delivery
• Review designs and activities for compliance with standards and provide actionable feedback
• Provide domain-specific leadership and contribute to cross-organization initiatives
• Drive innovation by integrating new technologies into projects and guide mentoring of less-experienced staff

Requisiti fondamentali

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
• Typically 6-10 years of experience
• Experience designing and developing backend or distributed software systems
• Fluent in English and Italian
• Strong knowledge of backend software development languages
• Solid Linux experience and networking fundamentals
• Good understanding of IP networking (Layer 2/3)
• Experience with Git and issue-tracking systems
• Experience with software testing, debugging, and troubleshooting methodologies
